Lens To Ink currently fulfills through third-party print partners. Production timelines depend on product type, partner capacity, and shipping destination.

2. Typical Turnaround

3. Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery windows vary by region and product dimensions. Tracking is provided when available.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

Report damage within [REPLACE: 5 days] of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will coordinate replacement or remedy with the print partner where eligible.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Because items are custom printed, returns are generally not accepted unless defective or damaged in transit. Cancellations may be unavailable after production starts.
